The Terms and Conditions of The Wax Melt Hut are set out below. By reading this you, accept all Terms & Conditions stated here. If our Terms & Conditions are not acceptable to you then you should not complete your order.

We may make changes to our Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notification.  Please therefore note our Terms & Conditions before making any purchases on our site.

We respect customer privacy at all times and we will never share your information with a third party.

Data Collection

As part of our order processing, it is necessary to collect some personal information from you. This may include your name, address, phone number, email address and payment details.

When we will use your personal information:

  • To process your order – To communicate with you regarding enquiries, complaints or sales.
  • Orders and Payments – Once your order is placed, we will package and post to the address submitted on completion of your purchase.   Please note that no responsibility will be accepted by us for address mistakes. Please ensure you check the address before submitting your order. Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 5 working days of receipt.  We will confirm via email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

If delivery has exceeded 10 working days from the point of order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only track orders within 3 months of sending due to the courier only keeping 3 months worth of data. If you have not contacted us within this time, unfortunately we will not being able to help you any further. Your order will be sent either via courier or Royal Mail and we will advise this in our dispatch confirmation email.

Damage on Receipt

Should your items be damaged please contact us on receipt via email at info@thewaxmelthut.co.uk.  Stating your order number, name, address and contact details together with any evidence of the damage.  If your packaging is visibly damaged please do not accept it from the delivery company.

Returns and Refunds

We are a small business and the satisfaction of our customer is very important to us.  If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order we are happy to refund.  Items that are returned for a refund must be in a saleable condition with no signs of usage, damage to the product and the packaging remains unopened.  If the above is not complied with we are not obliged to refund your payment.
